Saint Mary’s Foundations Being Poured

Things are moving right along in Aiken, South Carolina, with the pouring of the foundations for the new Saint Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.  Shown here are the foundations for the north side aisle, as well as the elevator pit, west façade, and south side aisle. No going back now.  Great work, everyone!

Saint Mary Help of Christians Building Pad Completed

The building pad of engineered structural fill has been completed at the Saint Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church site in Aiken, South Carolina.  These photos show the excavation of the existing soil from the site and the compaction of the engineered structural fill, leaving the site ready for the commencement of foundation work.
